General Info
Tiscornia Beach is located on Lake Michigan. It is often called the North Pier and is adjacent to the St. Joseph River.  Amenities include the North Pier Lighthouse and walkway that is a popular spot for fishing and watching sunsets, restroom facilities, a sandy beach and a pavilion that accommodates 40 guests. 

Weddings are allowed on our beaches for no charge. Just let us know your date and times.

Parking fees are charged. 
Early Season Parking - April 1 - May 20
   Daily Parking - Monday through Thursday- $5.00/day
   Daily Parking - Friday through Sunday - $7.00/day 
   Hourly Parking - $2.00/hour 
   Holidays are weekend rates

Summer Season Parking - May 21 - September 10 
   Daily Parking - Monday through Thursday - $7.00/day 
   Daily Parking - Friday through Sunday - $10.00/day 
   Hourly Parking - $3.00/hour
   Holidays are weekend rates 

Late Season Parking - September 11 - September 30 
   Daily Parking - Monday through Thursday - $5.00/day
   Daily Parking - Friday through Sunday - $7.00/day 
   Hourly Parking - $2.00/hour 
   Holidays are weekend rates
