Woodbine Lodge is fully enclosed and has a full kitchen, electricity, running water, and a fireplace.
The building has heat and air conditioning.
There is a large charcoal grill outside of the building surrounded by grassy areas and picnic tables.
There are two 60" round tables and twelve 8' long x 2-1/2' wide tables with 100 chairs.
There are attached men and women's restrooms on the back of the building which are open to all park users. There is a playground close to the building.
Woodbine Lodge is available to rent from May 1 - October 31.
Rental Rate:
Monday - Thursday - $250.00
Friday - Sunday - $310.00
Rates are discounted 20% for City Residents and organizations who use the facility for their own personal events. |
