General Info
Briarwood Shelter is nestled along the St. Joseph River.

Briarwood Shelter seats 400 people and has twelve 16' long banquet tables under the shelter.

Electrical is available.  There are 4 -15 amp circuits. 

There are large grassy areas on each side of the pavilion along with a few picnic tables.

Rental Rate: 
Monday - Thursday - $350.00 
Friday - Sunday - $400.00 

Rates are discounted 20% for City Residents and organizations using the facility for their own personal events.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $400 

City residents receive 20% discount.
